Spend a day on the south shore of beautiful Lake Tahoe browsing through amazing quilts of all types, sizes, and skill levels. Admission is free and so are the product demonstrations, hot dogs and doorprizes!
Calling all quilters! We want to display your quilts! Last year we displayed over 200 quilts, and we want to top that at this years event. This is not a judged or juried show. All skill levels of art quilters and traditional quilters (and everything in between) are welcome and encouraged to participate. A $100 Fabrics Unlimited gift certificate will be given to "Viewer's Choice".
Quilts may be delivered to Fabrics Unlimited between July 10-17, 2013. If you will be shipping your quilt(s), ship via UPS or FedEx only to Fabrics Unlimited, 155 Shady Lane, Stateline, NV 89449.
Each quilt must be accompanied by a Quilt Entry Form (click here to download and print). Every exhibitor is required to sign the Release Form that is included with the Quilt Entry Form. If any of your quilt(s) will be available for sale, indicate that on the Quilt Entry Form. At the conclusion of the quilt show, you will be given a list of anyone interested in purchasing your quilt(s) so you can make contact directly.
If you would like us to ship your quilt(s) back to you, please include a check for $13 per quilt for shipping and handling (plus optional $.85 per $100 value for insurance). Please provide us with return shipping information, including name, street address (no PO Boxes), city, state, zip, and phone number. Return shipping will occur during the week following the show.
All quilts must remain on display for the duration of the show and may be picked up during the week following the show.
