Class Policies

FEES & CANCELLATION
Classes must be paid in full at time of registration. Supply lists will be issued upon payment of registration fees. Fees listed are for registration and do NOT include supplies unless noted in the class description. 15% discount on class supplies if the student presents the supply list when purchasing supplies. No refunds for student cancellations, but the class fee may be applied to another class with at least 48 hours cancellation notice. No refunds for classes with outside teachers unless you find someone to take your place.

Why no refunds for classes with outside teachers? An outside teacher is a teacher that is not employed by Fabrics Unlimited. We contract with outside teachers for set fees, which include travel expenses and class handouts, etc, that they provide. Fabrics Unlimited does not receive a refund of any of those fees if students do not show up. 

GUESTS & CHILDREN
Children and guests are not allowed in classes. To allow children and guests would not be fair to the other students in the class.

SNACKS AND LUNCH
You are welcome to bring snacks.  Coffee and water will be provided. Sodas are available for 50 cents each. There will be a refrigerator available if you need it.  For classes lasting 6 hours or more, you may bring a lunch.  On some occasions, we may be able to order lunch from a local restaurant to be delivered.  On those occasion we will have a menu available for you the morning of the class as well as cost information and will make arrangements to have your lunch delivered to you at the appropriate time.
