Handi Quilter Event Day 2

You're going to love Day 2! In the morning, Leslie will teach : Blocks, backgrounds, sashings and borders – these are the basic components of many pieced quilt tops, and there are tricks to quilting them with a cohesive overall look, while creating your own personal style. Learn how to select and adapt designs to complement each area, and how to accomplish the quilting efficiently and easily. Tried-and-true fillers and “go-to” designs will be featured. Rulers will also be introduced in this section. You will have lots of tools in your creative toolbox to create beautiful custom quilts before you eat lunch!
After lunch, Leslie will teach you to break away from your basic quilting and really see what your longarm can do with all of the HandiQuilter feet. You can piece, quilt on unique fabric, apply binding to your quilts, and a lot of other great time saving techniques on your longarm. Find out what your longarm can really do and get ready to get more projects done.
Cost is only $125 per day and includes hands-on use of our Handi Quilter Long Arm Machines with Pro-Stitcher, all of the fabric, thread, and batting you will need, teacher handouts, swag bag, and lunch each day.
