We are so excited to have Susan Manry from Handi Quilter coming to Fabrics Unlimited September 22-24, 2022 to teach a 3-day workshop including 2 days of Pro-Stitcher Designer and 1 day of Pro-Stitcher. Susan is the go-to Educator for everything PS Designer, and she doesn't travel as much to teach anymore, so we are so fortunate that she agreed to come to Fabrics Unlimited!!
Pro-Stitcher Designer is Handi Quilter's digitizing software for computerized long arm machines. How would you like to see a pattern you’ve designed yourself brought to life in stitches? With Pro-Stitcher Designer, you can do just that! In this workshop, you’ll learn everything you need to know to create your own original quilting designs. Susan will teach you to use a wide variety of tools included in Pro-Stitcher Designer: • The user interface, navigation, and available resources • Using the Draw and Edit tools to create your own designs • Saving designs for quilting machine formats • Modify existing quilting designs • Draw and design from inspirations • Magic Wand and Auto-Digitizing • Repeat, Carousel, and Reflect • Echo Quilting and Rays • Using Trim, Weld, and Intersect • Creating continuous line designs • Migrating a Workspace from Pro-Stitcher and back again. And the great thing is that you can use this software to digitize quilting designs for any brand of long arm computerized machine. It doesn't have to be a Handi Quilter machine. So if you use Gammill, Innova, Babylock, Bernina, etc, you can come to this workshop and use this software for your computerized machine.
You will need to bring a laptop computer with the software loaded. Not an owner yet? No problem. You will be able to download the free trial and try before you buy. How great is that!
