Challenge Quilt Partipant Packet
Join us in celebrating hot air balloons. This participant packet will give you what you need to participate in Fabrics Unlimited's 2025 Floating on Air Quilt Challenge! The kit consists of a Fat Eighth each of a beautiful powder blue fabric that sets off the fun and bright print. Please note there will be a $5 shipping charge for any kits that are not picked up at the shop.
Entry Guidelines: (Click Here for printable copy)
• Quilt must somehow celebrate hot air balloons
• Quilt must be 20” x 20” in size
• Must use at least one-third of each of the two fabrics in this packet
• Any additional fabrics can be used
• Optional embellishments such as paint, thread, ink, beads, buttons, etc. can be used
• Final entry must have top, middle and back layers, held together by stitching
Entries will be displayed at Fabrics Unlimited from January 9 to February 6, 2025. During this time, customers can vote on their favorite quilts. Based on votes
received, the following prizes will be awarded:
• 1st place - $100 gift certificate
• 2nd place - $50 gift certificate
• 3rd place - $25 gift certificate
All challenge participants will receive a coupon for a one-time store discount. Please note that cost to participate is $5 in-store and $10 if shipped. NOTE: ALL QUILTS MUST HAVE A LABEL ON THE BACK OF THE QUILT THAT CLEARLY SHOWS PARTICIPANTS NAME AND NAME OF QUILT
