It was my first time using this vendor. My calculator arrived very promptly. The other item was shipping from the manufacturer. Communication was good. The manufacturer messed up the shipping, but as soon as I notified the vendor about not receiving the item, they quickly responded and got it remedied. I would definitely do business with them again.
